Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and sorting products, identifying defects, and supporting production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You may also assist with special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and sort products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify, document, and report defects or quality issues to leads or supervisors
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines
- Support production flow and maintain a clean, organized work area
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods on various surfaces
- Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting
- Occasional repetitive hand and arm movements
- Must be able to pass a near vision test
