Production Worker

Crown Staffing is hiring reliable, hardworking individuals for Production Workers in Madison, IN. These are hands-on opportunities with consistent work, long-term potential, and a supportive team environment.

Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hr

Shifts Available

1st Shift

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Possible overtime Friday and Saturday
• OR
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Possible overtime during the week and Saturday

2nd Shift

• Monday–Friday: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
• OR
• Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

Production Worker Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and inspect products
• Operate machinery and equipment safely
• Meet production and quality goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company policies

Material Handler Responsibilities

• Move and organize materials safely indoors and outdoors
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Use RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Perform heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Forklift experience required for Material Handler positions
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
