Certified Nursing Assistant

Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to fill openings with a local long-term Nursing Facility in Madisonville, KY and Dawson Springs, KY.

Position Overview:

Crown Staffing is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in our partners locations in Madisonville, KY and Dawson Springs, KY. This role is critical in supporting the care and well-being of residents in a structured, patient-focused environment.

Schedule Details:

• Shift: 6am - 6pm / 6pm-6am
• Status: Full-time / Part-Time / PRN
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including:
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Assisting with mobility and transfers using gait belts or other aids
• Supporting patients with personal hygiene and daily routines
• Accurately document care activities and patient behaviors
• Take and record vital signs
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver quality care across various hospital wards
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and clean environment for all residents
• Stand and remain physically active for 8–12 hours per shift

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Kentucky (must be verifiable on the KY Board of Nursing website)
• Must be comfortable working with residents
• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Must be physically capable of lifting, turning, and assisting residents as needed

Appearance & Conduct Standards:

• Professional appearance required
• Fingernails must not exceed 1/4 inch
• Minimal jewelry; facial piercings must be removed during shifts
• Must pass a background check
• OSHA-compliant training will be provided on site
