What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenace Director position at Crown Pointe Assisted Living?
-Maintenance oversight of facility, continued upkeep of grounds, etc.
-Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
-Prioritize work orders.
-Continued inspection of inside and outside the facility,
-Troubleshoot needed repairs.
-Inspection and oversight of fire and safety equipment, fire drills, and disaster/evacuation plans.
-Small appliance repair.
-On-call duties in case of emergencies in the facility.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-Background in maintenance and lawn care, including basic knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, wall repair/painting, heating/air conditioning units.
-Must possess valid Indiana driver's license.
*Pay based upon experience.
