Crown Motors is looking for a full-time person to join our Customer Care team in the Service department. This is truly an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual. No automotive experience necessary. We provide an inclusive training program to prepare the right candidate for the job.
Representative Job Description:
- Answering incoming service calls
- Scheduling appointments for all 4 of our Crown Motors Service centers
- Calling our service customers to reschedule missed appointments, remind of upcoming service due, and to obtain information on their service satisfaction.
- Providing service information regarding maintenance, recalls, ect.
- Assisting in the scheduling, paperwork, and pickup/drop off of our Corporate Care Program customers.
Representative Skills & Experience:
- Telephone or in-person customer service experience required
- General administration skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with the ADP DMS systems is a plus.
- Must be able to multitask and have strong customer service skills.
