What You’ll Do- Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
- Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
- Ensure continuing education standards
- Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
- Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)
- Base pay performance-based incentives
- Recruiting bonuses
- Expansion into high-growth South Florida markets
- Be part of the early growth phase of a scaling brokerage
