Responsibilities of an RN:

- Monitor and assess residents to ensure their clinical needs are met with the highest quality of care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Support unit operations under the direction of the Unit Manager
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned to support resident care and facility goals
- Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
