Minimum Qualifications:
- Support and Model the policies and standards of Crown College as stated in the Student Handbook and Crown Community Covenant.
- Evidence of Christian character and a commitment to encourage others toward Christ-likeness.
- Maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
- Must be in good standing with the college.
- Previous experience with administrative work preferred.
Responsibilities -
- Maintain student electronic files and computer data with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
- Scan & link
- MDE forms
- FERPA
- Personal Information Updates
- Digitizing hard copy documents
- 30-day review Process student-related forms.
- Process internet submissions
- Student requests
- Name/address changes
- Transcript requests
- Transcript transfer entry Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office
- Courteous counter service
- Professional phone communication
- Email and print communications.
- Assist with editing Academic Catalog.
- Collaborate with Office of the Registrar staff in completing additional duties as needed.
