Duties

- Verify ownership details and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and service departments to facilitate smooth title transfers and vehicle registration procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all title transactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage inventory control related to titles and registration paperwork, ensuring proper filing systems are in place.
- Communicate effectively with customers, government agencies, and internal teams to resolve any title or registration issues.
- Stay updated on changing automotive laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
