Key Responsibilities
· Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
· Support onboarding processes for new hires (documentation, orientation scheduling, system setup)
· Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
· Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
· Support HR compliance activities, including audits and policy tracking
· Help coordinate training sessions and track completion
· Assist with benefits administration tasks and employee inquiries
· Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Learning Objectives

· Study compensation structures and job architecture by leading the design of a company-wide pay band framework across roles and levels
· Develop process improvement skills by mapping onboarding and orientation workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing data-driven improvements
· Build knowledge of HR systems and data management by supporting the digitization of personnel files and learning best practices for secure electronic recordkeeping
