LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Crowell Memorial Home is in need of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care on our day (6a-2p) or evening (2p-10p) shift. We have great wages, we are a non-profit facility and our residents and staff come first. The successful candidate will love working with the elderly and have good communication skills to work with the residents, their families and other health care professionals. We’re looking for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to be a leader and excel at their job performance to help us move forward in today's medical field.

Some of your duties as the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be administer medications, provide treatment, talk to physicians and other health professionals regarding the residents care.

Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient

Create and contribute to patients’ medical records as needed

Respond to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients and their families when needed

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will need to have a valid nursing license. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills is a must.
