We're looking for ambitious Recruiters to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn the business of recruiting, talent strategy, and marketplace operations while working directly with founders, hiring managers, and top-tier candidates.


As a Recruiter, you'll become the driving force behind successful searches while helping us refine and scale the systems that power our business.


The Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you will manage full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple client engagements while helping improve the recruiting processes, workflows, and technology that support our growth.


You'll gain exposure to startup hiring, talent strategy, business operations, and client management.


As you demonstrate success, you'll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities into leadership, account management, business operations, or recruiting management. This role is designed for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys solving problems, and wants a direct impact on company growth and client success.


Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 - $170,000
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Performance-based compensation tied directly to successful placements and business growth

Account Management

Own relationships with startup founders, hiring managers, and clients while driving successful recruiting engagements.

Recruitment Leadership Build, mentor, and lead teams of recruiters and Talent Operators as the organization grows.

Talent Operations developed and scaled recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and AI-powered recruiting initiatives.

Business Operations Partner with leadership on marketplace strategy, operational improvements, and growth initiatives.

What

You'll Do Own the Recruiting

  • FunnelSource, screen, interview, and manage candidates across multiple client searches
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-growth start-up and technology clients
  • Coordinate candidate movement throughout the interview process

Drive Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency
  • Help refine sourcing strategies, candidate engagement approaches, and recruiting best practices
  • Contribute ideas that improve scalability and execution
  • Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Build strong relationships with founders, hiring managers, and recruiting partners
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience

Build and Scale

  • Help create and document recruiting playbooks
  • Support the development of systems and processes that enable company growth
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives as the organization expands


  • About You 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, operations, consulting, sales, business development, finance, customer success, or other high-performance environments
  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
  • High agency and willingness to take ownership
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by growth
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Interview Process

Initial Screen

20–30 minute conversation with leadership.

Recruiting Exercise

Practical sourcing and recruiting assessment designed to evaluate problem-solving and execution.

Team Interviews

Meet with team members and leadership to discuss experience, approach, and culture fit.

Final Working Session Collaborative working session focused on recruiting strategy, communication, and real-world problem-solving.
