Annual Giving Program Manager

Crouse Health is hiring an Annual Giving Program Manager. 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 / annual

Annual Giving Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy designed to increase unrestricted and restricted annual giving revenues.
• Establish annual fundraising goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Manage all annual giving campaigns, including direct mail, email, digital fundraising, giving days, employee campaigns, and year-end appeals.
• Facilitate and oversee internal and external campaigns, such as:
  • Employee Giving Campaign
  • Doctors Day Appeal
  • Lights of Love Appeal
  • Clocktower Campaign
• Create segmented fundraising strategies for key constituencies, including patients, grateful families, employees, physicians, volunteers, retirees, and community supporters.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize participation, donor retention, and revenue growth.
• Create innovative donor retention and stewardship programs that encourage renewed and increased giving.
• Oversee and facilitate Crouse Health’s current two giving organizations: Crouse Society and Caduceus
• Ensure all fundraising communications effectively communicate the impact of philanthropy on patient care, community health, education, and innovation.
• Ensure timely donor acknowledgment, recognition, and stewardship activities
• Manage a portfolio of leadership annual donors and prospective major gift donors.
• Analyze donor trends and giving patterns to inform fundraising strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for Foundation leadership and board committees.
• Support Foundation events and engagement activities as appropriate.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the Foundation.
• Assumes other duties as assigned by department Chief Advancement Officer or Senior Leadership.

Annual Giving Program Manager Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
• Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, preferably in healthcare, higher education, or nonprofit philanthropy.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
