Crouse Health offers a full range of general and specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services and community health education and outreach programs. Crouse’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) consists of 29 beds, 9 of which are dedicated to Neuroscience beds. The ICU provides emergency treatment and stabilization for patients who could be experiencing any number of medical conditions/incidents. The ICU team is hiring a Nursing Assistant to work Full-Time.
New Pay Rates: $19.75 - $26.13 /hour (based on experience).

Nursing Assistant Position Responsibilities
- Assists the patient with daily care activities including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, personal hygiene and taking of vital signs.
- Supports and actively contributes to the achievement of the patient's goals associated with the plan of care.
- Individualizes communication based on the needs of the patients and families.
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have one (1) year of patient care experience or is currently attending an accredited Registered Nursing program and has successfully completed the fundamentals of nursing coursework.
- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at the time of hire or within two (2) weeks after hire date.
