Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm
Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $69.00 / hour

The Diabetes NP provides comprehensive diabetes management and education to patients & families in both acute and ambulatory settings. Patients are identified through case findings and requests for consultations.

Job Requirements
- Current New York State license as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current New York State License as an Adult, Family Nurse Practitioner or Specialty area
- Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in critical care nursing.
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing or its direct equivalent, preferred.
- ACLS certification required.
