CONCRETE FOREMAN
Hands-on crew leader reporting to the Concrete/Bridge Superintendent.
- Lead a 6-10 person crew and work alongside them in the field.
- Read plans/specifications and complete work accordingly.
- Coordinate with the superintendent, inspectors, and crew; manage work when the superintendent is not onsite.
- Required: 2 years as a foreman or lead man.
- Experience with concrete finishing, formwork, welding, heavy equipment, steel erection, structural steel, and rebar.
-Drug testing required
- Valid driver's license required.
CONCRETE LABORERS
Crew members supporting bridge and heavy concrete construction.
- Perform finish work, formwork, steel erection, rebar placement, material handling, and general labor.
- Follow direction from the foreman/superintendent and help maintain a safe, productive jobsite.
- Preferred: construction, concrete, bridge, rebar, steel, or equipment experience.
-Drug testing required
- Valid driver's license preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Both positions require physically demanding outdoor work, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, and handling materials, equipment, and tools.
