What are the responsibilities and job description for the Railroad Design Engineer position at Crouch Engineering, Inc.?
Our goal is to find a quality employee to assist with our Railroad related design plans. We currently use a mixture of engineers in training and professional engineers to perform design work.
Duties:
- Prepare civil engineering design plans using Microstation; The majority of design are Railroad related and will require experience using Microstation inroads and openroads.
-typical plan sets include plan view, profiles, cross-sections, construction details
-Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in railroad design using MicroStation InRoads or OpenRoads
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
