This is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise service technicians, and ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer service requests. Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service teams, managing maintenance projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
