Job Overview
Crosstown Appliance Repair is a family-owned appliance repair company serving Central Minnesota. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Appliance Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including:
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Washers
- Dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ranges and ovens
- Microwaves
- Communicate repair recommendations and costs to customers.
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally.
- Document repairs, parts used, and customer interactions using mobile software.
- Maintain company vehicle inventory and tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred but not required.
- HVAC, electrical, maintenance, automotive, or construction experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various residential environments.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
