Crossroads Services, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Residential Direct Support Professional. We are looking for a dedicated employee to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes.
Qualified candidates will provide community participation support, personal care, and medication administration. Job duties would include but are not limited to cooking, cleaning, companionship, and assist with the enhancement of the lives of the individuals we support.

The Direct Support Professional position requires you to have your High School Diploma/GED, and a valid PA Driver’s license. All applicants must be approved to be insured through Crossroads auto insurance policy prior to employment.
Pre-employment physical, TB, drug screen and all criminal history background checks will be paid for by Crossroads Services, Inc.
$100 bonus after the completion of 90 days of employment
$250 bonus after the completion of 6 months of employment
$500 bonus after the completion of 1 year of employment
$250 bonus for anyone referring another individual who remains employed for at least 6 months
