Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician / Installer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems of all sizes as well as boilers and chillers. You will also be involved with unit replacements and small projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure that systems are serviced, maintained and installed correctly, safely, and in accordance with local codes and regulations. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service, communication and quality work while creating a positive and friendly environment for customers and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, Maintenance and Installation of HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, RTUs, ductwork, water heaters, boilers, piping, etc.).
• Follow blueprints and building codes to ensure proper installation.
• Assist with system diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
• Ensure all work is performed in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction of their HVAC systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate with team members about job status, challenges, and any necessary materials.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a lead HVAC Technician / Installer.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC service, maintenance and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification/training a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ductless systems, zoning systems, and advanced HVAC technologies.
• Additional certifications in HVAC repair and installation and OSHA training.
• 10 years experience
