Job Summary
The Video Editor role is responsible for editing video projects in a wide range of formats, including (but not limited to): multi-camera interviews, narrative and performance music videos, and long-format documentary pieces. They need to be able to work well with a team and be an effective creative collaborator with clients, Creative Directors, Producers, and Directors of Photography. We are looking for a balance of technical proficiency with artistic vision and taste. You must be well organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who has editorial experience and is driven to continue honing their craft.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Edit a wide variety of projects as assigned by the Lead Video Editor
- Work collaboratively and incorporate feedback from clients and contributors
- Starting with a treatment and footage, source and combine music, SFX, and other elements to bring a concept to life
- Work independently on projects from start to finish without assistance
- Complete work within given deadlines
- High School or equivalent.
- 3 years of video editing experience.
- Must have strong relational skills and experience working in a team environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or like NLE (Avid/FCP/Resolve), After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Assisting On Video Shoots May Require You To
- Walk up to 5 miles
- Stand, climb, lift (25-50lbs), pull, push, carry, and/or stoop
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends and other high-impact times at Crossroads.
