What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend graveyard staff position at Crossroads Academy?
Crossroads Academy is a residential treatment center located in Ogden. We house teenager males who are in our care to work on setting goals, and building stable habits and futures for themselves. Crossroads Academy is looking to immediately hire for our weekend graveyard position.
Graveyard shift is Friday and Saturday nights, from 11:00 PM-9:00 AM (back-to-back 10 hour shifts)
Graveyard staff are expected to stay awake through the night, and perform hourly checks on the clients, who are expected to be asleep during these hours.
This shift is amazing for college students, as you are more than welcome to work on your homework while at work, or people who love staying up all night playing video games, vampires, or just your average night-owls!
We are in a normal home, with your typical layout- TV, kitchen etc, so it is a very comfortable work environment!
Base pay is 15.50, however all shifts worked during weekend hours (which include this shift) receive a 1.50 weekend differential, so your pay will actually be $17 per hour.
Applicants MUST possess a valid driver license, and be able to provide their own transportation to work.
Applicants MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
Applicants MUST be 21 or older.
Crossroads Academy is a drug rehab, so we maintain a drug and nicotine-free workplace.
