If you like to help people and empower them to grow and develop their independence we want you to join us. On 1st shift you are assisting Person Served with skills building, community outings and employment opportunities. We train, you could be a DSP in 90 days.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Promote socialization through community outings and individualized one on one outings with our residents.
- Ensure the health and safety of our residents while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home.
- Assist with and teach activities of daily living.
- Actively participate as a valued member of our residents' treatment team.
DSP Job Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid drivers license and automobile insurance
