The most meaningful support you can offer a student who achieves 99% is to withhold calling it 100%. Not out of apathy — but because you're convinced they can reach it, and accepting less is the genuine disservice. If this reasoning resonates, continue reading. If it feels severe, you'll find this position challenging.

Students at Alpha don't endure traditional lectures. They advance through adaptive software at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously building practical life competencies. Your mission is to guarantee three commitments are fulfilled for every child in your group: they develop a passion for learning, they progress at 2x velocity, and they acquire capabilities no standard textbook provides. You simultaneously mentor the Guides who uphold these identical commitments throughout your campus.

Data informs every choice, and every workday involves direct interaction. Your time divides between your personal student group and the Guides under your leadership — with identical expectations for both: quantifiable advancement, without compromise. When a Guide's session underperforms, you skip the written analysis; you observe, discuss, and resolve it before the day ends.

You'll witness reserved children deliver presentations confidently to adults. You'll observe a student who previously "despised school" request extended time. And you'll understand that the benchmark you maintained is precisely what enabled their success, because upholding standards demonstrates your belief in their potential to exceed them.

You may establish a completely new campus from inception and create the foundational culture that shapes the institution. As the location develops, your emphasis transitions from hands-on operator to coaching architect, cultivating the team that expands Alpha's approach throughout your territory.

If this opportunity appeals to you, submit your application now.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour interactive life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 students covering subjects like public speaking and concentration, adhering to Alpha's defined framework
  • Conducting daily engagement sessions that propel 100% of students toward their weekly application objectives using developmentally appropriate motivators including school currency and performance rankings
  • Developing Guides through direct observation, focused feedback, and practical mentorship so they execute sessions with equivalent energy and accuracy as you demonstrate
  • Analyzing Coachbot data and student records to pinpoint who requires support, then providing that support directly
  • Guiding your dedicated cohort of students personally, exemplifying the mentorship and motivation techniques you require from all Guides

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Creating lesson plans or building curriculum. Students progress through adaptive applications; your responsibility is making the people supporting them exceptional.
  • Delivering traditional classroom lectures. You're 80% performer, 20% content expert; if your goal was standing at a whiteboard, this position isn't suitable.
  • Compromising standards due to pressure from parents or leadership. When a student achieves 99%, the response is "not yet" — and you'll receive full support maintaining that boundary.
  • Working from an office processing administrative documents. The majority of your day involves direct engagement with students and Guides.
  • Awaiting delayed performance reviews. Outcomes appear live in Coachbot and adjustments occur immediately.
