What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and critical problem-solving
- Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to cultivate confidence, autonomy, and executive functioning
- Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
- Partnering with other educators to design and refine project-based learning initiatives
- Establishing a secure, energizing environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to develop
- Instructing core academic subjects—AI tutors manage that responsibility
- Presenting scripted lectures or maintaining a conventional classroom structure
- Evaluating assignments or preparing standardized lesson materials

Basic Requirements
- Valid US teaching certificate from any state
- Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)

- Able to start within 2-3 weeks
- Enthusiastic about working in a technology-enabled, student-centered school
