Students work through core academics independently via AI-powered platforms in two concentrated hours daily. Their remaining time is dedicated to cultivating practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching sessions, and exploratory activities.
You won't be delivering predetermined lessons or monitoring a virtual classroom. You'll be facilitating high-energy online sessions that push students to think critically, create, collaborate, and mature. You'll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and problem-solving while fostering independence, confidence, and executive functioning skills.
This position is not designed for educators attempting to recreate conventional schooling through Zoom. What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating interactive virtual workshops centered on life skills including communication, creativity, problem-solving, and self-direction
- Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to students, cultivating confidence, ownership, and executive functioning
- Leveraging platform data and student indicators to customize support and monitor progress longitudinally
- Partnering with fellow educators to design and iteratively enhance project-based learning experiences
- Establishing a safe, high-energy space where students feel recognized, challenged, and inspired to develop
- Instructing core academic subjects; these are managed by adaptive AI tutors
- Presenting scripted lectures or operating a traditional classroom structure
- Grading worksheets, assigning homework, or creating standardized lesson plans

- Available to begin end of July 2026
- Valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
