What You Will Be Doing
- Sustain and deepen relationships with current partners by utilizing AI-enhanced communication intelligence to tailor engagement, predict partner requirements, and cultivate enduring collaboration.
- Discover and forge strategic alliances consistent with organizational priorities through AI-powered market research, analytics-based targeting, and automated outreach systems.
- Monitor and evaluate partner outcomes using AI-driven analytics and automated dashboards to deliver leadership with live insights and forward-looking trend forecasting.
- Traditional management; this is a hands-on position, and we maintain structured frameworks to guarantee and sustain quality
- Allocating the majority of your time to onboarding new partners
- Concerning yourself with monthly earnings variability
- Expand strategic partnerships, leading to faster market penetration, higher partner retention, and increased revenue.
- At least 3 years of channel sales leadership experience (manager level or above)
- At least 7 years of total sales experience
- Experience with B2B software sales
- Experience building or implementing AI-assisted workflows in a sales environment
