What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Administrative Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
Many schools hide operations behind closed doors, bureaucratic layers, and approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you at the center of daily campus life: welcoming families at the door, resolving technology problems, ensuring seamless arrival routines, reassuring concerned parents, managing vendor relationships, and creating an environment that feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha.
We're looking for someone who can be approachable without compromising standards, systematic without becoming rigid, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands-on work. You will take ownership of nearly every operational function beyond classroom instruction: family communications, attendance systems, campus security, facilities oversight, meal services, technology support, special events, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without swift action.
There will be no large on-site operations staff surrounding you. You will have documented procedures, remote technical assistance, and established protocols, but you must be capable of rapid learning, resourceful problem-solving, and sound real-time decision-making. The long-term benefit is establishing yourself as the reliable authority that families depend on, guides turn to, and students feel comfortable approaching when help is needed.
If you're seeking a high-visibility school operations position where customer service, sound judgment, effective communication, and accountability are essential daily, apply now.
