What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating live online workshops by coordinating breakout rooms, managing transitions, and overseeing group tasks
- Encouraging student involvement and boosting morale through chat interactions, recognition, and one-on-one outreach
- Keeping students focused, self-assured, and socially connected throughout their learning sessions
- Supporting lead instructors with operational tasks that ensure workshops proceed without interruption
- Serving as a community anchor and reliable figure across bilingual learning tracks and extracurricular clubs
- Instructing students in academic subjects or presenting lesson material
- Developing lesson plans or evaluating student work
- Building curriculum or independently leading workshop sessions
- Observing passively—this role demands active involvement and sustained energy

Basic Requirements
- Willing to work 8am - 5pm M-F US Mountain Time (UTC-7)
- At least 1 year of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background in US, Canadian, or UK school systems (K-16) - must have attended school in one of these countries (current location can be anywhere)
- Strong communication skills and energizing, student-first presence with an eye for details
- Ready to start by the end of July
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms or youth development programs
- Experience in after-school initiatives, summer camps, or youth club coordination
