What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Operations Coordinator, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
If you're someone who anticipates problems before they appear, communicates proactively, and finds satisfaction in ensuring everything runs smoothly, this opportunity is for you.
This position is responsible for the entire post-LOI real estate workflow: managing the movement of essential documents, coordinating inspections, handling landlord communications, facilitating internal transitions, and organizing executive site visits. Your role isn't about documentation. It's about ensuring no detail is overlooked, no deadline is missed, and every stakeholder receives what they require to convert an unoccupied property into a fully functioning school — exactly when needed.
You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization founded on a powerful belief: students achieve greater learning outcomes in two concentrated hours than they do during a conventional eight-hour school day. As we establish schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational force behind each opening — allowing the real estate team to concentrate on growth while you manage execution through completion.
If you excel at transforming disorder into organized systems, we'd like to connect with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Confirm that all operational, legal, and logistical activities spanning from the LOI through lease execution are delivered promptly, precisely, and without requiring corrections, facilitating swift property integration and school openings.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.

What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing post-LOI landlord engagement: gathering documents, arranging inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining consistent follow-through — with complete accountability.
- Directing internal requests between Ops, Treasury, and Legal — providing teams with precisely what they require to move forward without interruption.
- Maintaining live document oversight, organized file systems, and transaction status — ensuring all parties operate from one unified, up-to-date information source.
- Organizing executive site visit logistics: coordinating flights, ground transportation, schedules, and site preparation to optimize every visit.
- Executing internal real estate events and school opening activities — confirming that locations, entry, resources, and participants are confirmed and prepared.
- Requesting status reports — you'll control the tracking system and establish transparency immediately.
- Waiting for direction on next actions — this position requires proactive individuals who anticipate several moves ahead.
- Developing polished presentations or shaping real estate strategy — your focus is operational delivery, not marketing materials or deal structuring.
- Handling extended, protracted closing timelines — your domain covers everything following the LOI, not what precedes it.
- Hand-holding stakeholders — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to manage friction, provide appropriate pushback, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.
Confirm that all operational, legal, and logistical activities spanning from the LOI through lease execution are delivered promptly, precisely, and without requiring corrections, facilitating swift property integration and school openings.
Basic Requirements
- 3 years of experience coordinating complex, multi-step logistics in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with commercial real estate documents such as LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease terms
- Proven ability to maintain well-organized digital file systems with clear structure and version control
- Strong written communication skills — especially for professional follow-ups and stakeholder updates
- Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables
- History of automating or systematizing recurring tasks using basic tools or workflows
- Proficient with tools like Google Drive, shared trackers, calendars, and messaging platforms
- Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
- Located in the U.S. and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
