At Texas Sports Academy, your next challenge is developing champions—not from the sidelines, but through direct coaching and daily engagement that drives students past their perceived boundaries. You won't simply recount your achievements. You'll transform elite athletic principles into practical motivational tools, deliver resilience through interactive workshops, and conduct rigorous training sessions where championship standards apply to every participant.

Lead with intention. Drive real change. Submit your application today.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting focused 1:1 coaching sessions where you convert your competitive discipline into concrete, practical strategies for student development
- Facilitating dynamic morning assemblies that energize and engage the full student community
- Delivering interactive life skills workshops where you guide students through exercises in resilience, leadership, and strategic goal-setting
- Directing organized afternoon athletic training that exemplifies championship principles: creating drills, demanding effort, refining technique, and instilling grit and collaboration through athletic participation (not merely overseeing activities)
- Actively connecting with every student across the day: moving through spaces during self-directed learning periods, stepping in to inspire when students face obstacles, and generating instructional moments that catalyze transformative thinking
- Observing passively from a distance: this is not a symbolic or honorary position. You're directly involved, leading sessions, and making real-time interventions.
- Delivering conventional academic instruction or adhering to fixed lesson plans: students work through adaptive digital platforms. Your focus is life coaching, inspiration, and teaching transferable skills through athletics and mentorship.
