You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class level
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
• Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
• Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on learning experiences
  
  

Performance Coach Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Professional experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
