You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exceptional facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at a world-class level
- Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and performance
- Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to become outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, hands-on learning experiences
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Professional experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and ongoing improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
