What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD position at Crossover?
LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role located at one of our campuses.
You are the individual who ensures everything functions seamlessly. A well-run campus means students experience security, staff maintain concentration, and parents place their trust in the institution. This outcome is not accidental. It is the result of someone carefully managing hundreds of daily details—with precision, responsiveness, and attention.
Alpha is developing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. We integrate demanding academics, technology-driven learning, and elevated standards for both students and adults. This position exists to ensure campus operations outside the classroom meet the same caliber as our academic programs.
In this position, you control the operational pulse of the campus. Your responsibilities span community communication, campus security, facilities and logistics, and day-to-day technology administration. At any given moment, you might be organizing a safety drill, troubleshooting a device problem, integrating a new staff member, or responding to a parent inquiry. Your work extends beyond maintaining operations—you are establishing trust.
This is a practical, on-site position designed for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, remains composed under pressure, and values delivering exceptional service. If you seek work where your choices directly influence student safety, staff productivity, and parental confidence, this role provides genuine accountability and impact.
