Your role is to ensure these experiences run seamlessly and resonate positively with students.
You will serve as the connective force within the student experience. You'll facilitate transitions, support small-group activities, maintain high energy levels, and provide encouragement or clarification when students need it. Content instruction won't be your responsibility—but the entire experience depends on your presence.

What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating live virtual workshops by overseeing breakout rooms, transitions, session pacing, and group dynamics
- Promoting participation through chat interactions, verbal recognition, gentle prompts, and individual student check-ins
- Supporting students in staying engaged, confident, and connected throughout the school day
- Assisting lead educators with operational logistics that ensure sessions proceed without disruption
- Serving as a reliable, trusted presence within student clubs and life-skills programming
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject-specific content
- Developing lesson plans, grading assignments, or conducting academic evaluations
- Designing curriculum or facilitating workshops on your own
- Operating in a passive or observational capacity—this role demands active, high-energy involvement

Basic Requirements
- Available to start immediately or at the end of July (one of the two).
- Minimum of 1 years of experience mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or leading youth
- Educational background within U.S., Canadian, or U.K. school systems (K–16); must have attended school in one of these countries
- Possesses a valid teaching certificate from any U.S. state, or an expired certificate eligible for reinstatement, with certification transferable to Arizona
- Excellent communication abilities and high proficiency with digital platforms
- Student-centered, energizing presence with strong attention to detail and ability to manage smooth transitions
- Willing to work in a hybrid role in Arizona.
