What You Will Be Doing

• Cultivating and coaching a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at the highest standard
• Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing motivating learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally guiding a limited group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising expectations – when our success threshold is 100%, maintaining that standard is your responsibility

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or comparable fields.
• Proven track record designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
