What You Will Be Doing

• Building trusted mentor relationships with K-2 students and cultivating a limitless mindset
• Leveraging AI and adaptive platforms to customize individual learning trajectories
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, collaboration) that equip students for long-term achievement
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Assisting students in recognizing their personal strengths and interests

Basic Requirements

Kindergarten Teacher key responsibilities

• Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Houston, TX.
• Bachelor's degree from any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with children ages 4–8 in educational, afterschool, coaching, or comparable settings
• Proficient public speaking capabilities, with proven ability to captivate and energize young learners
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
