What You Will Be Doing
- Manage the admissions inbox, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication with prospective families
- Guide families through the admissions process with consistent follow-up and structured next steps
- Support and execute admissions events, including info sessions, shadow days, and community events
- Coordinate with campus staff to schedule student visits and ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records, tracking all applications and follow-ups
- Taking on a remote or hybrid schedule — this position is fully on-site in Dripping Springs, TX
- Working in a purely behind-the-scenes role without family interaction
- Operating in a slow or highly bureaucratic environment
- Focusing only on communication without strong execution and follow-through
- Designing admissions strategy or making final enrollment decisions

Basic Requirements
- 2 years of customer-facing, admissions, or operations experience, including regular professional written communication
- Clear, concise verbal communication and the ability to explain a non-traditional education model, make a persuasive case, and respond thoughtfully to family questions or objections
- Experience managing a high-volume inbox or multi-step follow-up process while meeting tight response deadlines
- High attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM, student information system, or similar database
- Ability to coordinate events and live family interactions while managing multiple priorities and following through without close oversight
- Available to work fully on-site at the Dripping Springs, TX campus, or willing to relocate, and authorized to work in the US
- Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
- Background supporting events or high-touch customer experiences
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non-traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families
