What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
- Shepherd families through admissions with reliable follow-up and clearly defined next steps
- Facilitate and execute admissions activities, including information sessions, shadow day experiences, and community gatherings
- Collaborate with campus teams to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless family experience
- Keep admissions data current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow-up activity
- Working exclusively in administrative roles with no direct family contact
- Navigating slow-moving or heavily bureaucratic systems
- Prioritizing communication at the expense of execution and accountability
- Shaping admissions strategy or making final decisions on enrollment

Basic Requirements
- 2 years in customer-facing or operations-oriented roles
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication ability

- Comfortable working remotely while fulfilling in-person event obligations
- Authorized to work in the US and available to participate in on-campus events
- Background in admissions, education, or enrollment coordination
- Experience delivering high-touch customer experiences or supporting events
- Track record in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- Understanding of outdoor, experiential, or alternative education models, with the ability to articulate their value effectively to families
