What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain API integrations connecting enrollment, CRM, SIS, and reporting systems across multiple campuses
• Create automation workflows that remove manual data handling and scale effectively with each new campus launch
• Deliver training to admissions and registrar teams on platform capabilities and produce documentation that ensures consistent workflows
• Offer responsive technical support and convert user feedback into concrete system enhancements
  
  

Basic Requirements

Enrollment Operations Manager key responsibilities

• 3 years managing CRM or SIS platforms in admissions, enrollment, or registrar environments (e.g., Finalsite, Salesforce, SchoolAdmin, HubSpot, or similar)
• Proven experience building and maintaining API-based integrations or automation workflows
• Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills
• Experience creating technical documentation and training staff on system usage
• Process optimization and troubleshooting skills under pressure in operational environments
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to work remotely within the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
