Your work includes evaluating alignment, facilitating substantive dialogue, and recommending against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. Success is not measured by volume. Success is measured by fit.
We welcome candidates whose experience originates in elevated service settings outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, senior executive assistance, curated membership communities, or entrepreneurial ventures involving direct stewardship of sophisticated client relationships. What You Will Be Doing
- Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate compatibility before advancing recommendations or proposing further engagement.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-through.
- Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate results, standards, and ideal candidate profiles with clarity.
- Ensuring precise documentation within CRM platforms and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and service consistency.
- Applying transactional conversion methods or high-pressure enrollment strategies.
- Accepting families whose values or expectations are misaligned in order to meet enrollment targets.
- Overseeing staff or navigating complex organizational hierarchies.
- Distributing responsibility for family engagement across multiple departments or individuals.
- Performing this work remotely. The role is campus-based by intent.

- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where client experience shapes institutional reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or independently operated service businesses).
- Proven accountability for a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial outreach through final onboarding.
- Experience managing 20 concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a structured approach to tracking and prioritization.
- Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against engagement when alignment was absent.
- Documented experience composing professional correspondence for senior leaders, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Santa Monica, CA; San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Palm Springs, FL; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.
- Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment operations.
- Professional history in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or senior executive support capacities.
- Involvement in designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service delivery frameworks.
