What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Director, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Many enrollment positions are designed to maximize volume. This position is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students reliably outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons shift toward depth, autonomy, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But its success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, spanning initial inquiry to final onboarding. This is not a role where tasks are passed between teams. You own how families perceive us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and say "no" when appropriate. The objective is not to maximize headcount. The objective is to ensure fit.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive concierge, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have independently overseen valuable client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
If your professional experience centers on delivering exceptional service where credibility, discretion, and experiential quality define the brand, this role will feel natural—simply directed toward something that genuinely transforms lives.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Santa Barbara, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Piedmont, Palm Beach, Charlotte, and Raleigh. Relocation assistance is provided.
