What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enrollment Coordinator, Alpha - $100,000/year USD position at Crossover?
This role positions you as the primary contact for families making the decision about where to begin their child's education. Each email you compose, event you arrange, and discussion you facilitate will determine whether a family selects Alpha. The position suits individuals who prioritize accuracy, timely responses, and authentic engagement, recognizing that trust forms through careful delivery.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Admissions serves as the gateway where this vision materializes. Families seek more than data—they want transparency, assurance, and proof that Alpha distinguishes itself in substantive ways.
You will oversee the complete journey for prospective families starting with their initial contact. Your responsibilities include timely and considerate responses, coordination of campus visits and shadow experiences, upkeep of precise applicant information, and guidance for parents on Alpha's approach and fit with their objectives. This high-visibility, connection-focused position allows you to directly affect enrollment outcomes.
This is an on-campus, fast-moving role based in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA, ideal for someone capable of balancing competing demands with precision and attention. If you value transparent communication, dependable execution, and supporting families toward informed decisions, this position provides substantial autonomy and influence.
