What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions and Enrollment, Alpha - $250,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Where most enrollment functions chase volume, this one is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school frameworks. Our locations integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely progress ahead of national norms, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons are reserved for deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical capability development. The model delivers results. But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families. That's your responsibility.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a role with distributed accountability. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp our approach, and ensuring enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed dialogue, and advocate for declining candidates when warranted. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic fit.
We welcome candidates from premium service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership platforms, or entrepreneurial leaders who have directly overseen sophisticated client experiences from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a personalized, phased process with sound judgment, transparent communication, and reliable execution. If your professional background involves delivering exceptional service where credibility, discretion, and experiential excellence define the organization, this opportunity will resonate. Apply now to contribute that caliber of work to a mission of significance.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and deliver a trust-centered, selectively rigorous enrollment process that secures aligned families while safeguarding the operational and educational integrity of the Alpha framework.
Basic Requirements

Roles with real student impact: Alpha hires teachers (guides), operators, admissions experts, school & curriculum leaders, and remote team members.
Education work that pays like it matters: Alpha offers six-figure roles for people ready to help build a radically better school experience.
A culture built for builders: Alpha is fast-moving, ambitious, and student focused. It’s for people who want to improve the system, not maintain it.
