Alpha students complete their academic learning in two hours daily using self-directed AI applications. No traditional teachers. No lectures. No classroom content management. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely transforms student outcomes: facilitating high-impact workshops on communication, concentration, and critique; driving students toward complete goal achievement through live analytics; and developing the Guides who support your work.
A typical morning may involve a coaching conversation with a Guide, analyzing performance metrics and pinpointing where a cohort requires intervention. Midday brings live student workshops—executing structured activities on feedback literacy. Afternoons transition to individualized motivation work: engaging with students one-on-one, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha's systems to re-engage a reluctant middle schooler. You maintain direct responsibility for your own cohort, ensuring you continue refining the capabilities you're training others to master.
You've likely been misaligned in traditional education: excessively analytical, overly outcome-oriented, too comfortable questioning conventional approaches to student development. Alpha may be the environment where you finally belong. You'll begin coaching Guides immediately, and as you produce measurable impact, your authority over campus-wide program execution expands.
Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application.
What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour structured workshops on essential skills (communication, focus, feedback processes) for elementary and middle school groups, executing Alpha's established framework without deviation
- Conducting motivational interventions leveraging student data and Alpha's reward architecture (campus currency, performance rankings) to achieve complete goal attainment across your cohort
- Developing Guides in program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring every coaching interaction yields concrete next steps
- Managing your own student cohort while simultaneously building Guide capacity
- Monitoring student engagement scores, completion metrics, and Guide effectiveness data weekly to identify declining performance early
- Teaching or providing academic tutoring. Students master content through independent digital platforms without adult instruction.
- Creating original curriculum or developing lesson content. The framework is provided; success requires precise execution, not creative invention.
- Training Guides in instructional methods. Since Guides don't deliver academic instruction, you're developing their capacity for engagement, motivation, and accountability.
- Lowering expectations when a student reaches 99% rather than 100%. Maintaining rigorous standards demonstrates your conviction in their potential.
- Serving as the staff member who prioritizes comfort over growth. Students experience genuine connection alongside honest assessment and meaningful accountability.
Execute Alpha's three core commitments for every student under your guidance: cultivate enthusiasm for learning, accelerate academic progress to twice traditional classroom velocity, and build authentic life competencies.
