The most helpful thing you can do for a student who achieved 99% is to tell them it isn't a pass. If that statement makes you uncomfortable, this role isn't for you. If you agree, read on.

Alpha students complete their academics in two hours daily using self-directed AI-powered applications. There are no teachers. No traditional lectures. No classroom subject instruction. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely shifts outcomes: delivering dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback culture; using live analytics to motivate students toward complete goal achievement; and coaching the Guides on your team.

A typical morning could begin with a one-on-one Guide coaching conversation, analyzing performance metrics and pinpointing where a cohort is struggling. By midday you're facilitating a student workshop, executing a structured activity on feedback exchange. Afternoons transition to motivational work: engaging individual students, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and applying Alpha's incentive framework to re-engage a reluctant middle schooler. You manage your own cohort directly, keeping your skills aligned with what you're developing in others.

You've likely been the outlier in educational environments: overly analytical, excessively outcome-oriented, too ready to question conventional approaches to student development. Alpha may be the first organization where you belong. You'll coach Guides immediately, and as your impact scales, your authority over campus programming expands.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating structured one-hour life skills workshops (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) for elementary and middle school (K-8) cohorts using Alpha's established playbook without deviation
  • Conducting motivational interventions leveraging student data and Alpha's incentive architecture (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal completion across your cohort
  • Coaching Guides on program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring each coaching interaction generates concrete improvement steps
  • Managing your own cohort of students while simultaneously developing Guide capabilities
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators on a weekly basis to identify declining performance early

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Instructing or tutoring students in academic content. Academic learning happens through independent app-based work without adult facilitation.
  • Creating original curriculum or developing new lesson frameworks. Established playbooks exist; execution fidelity matters more than innovation.
  • Training Guides on instructional methods. Guides don't instruct, so your coaching focuses on energy management, motivation techniques, and accountability enforcement.
  • Accepting 99% performance as sufficient when the standard is 100%. Maintaining expectations demonstrates your confidence in student capability.
  • Serving as the campus's emotional safety net. Students receive genuine connection alongside honest feedback and meaningful accountability.

Educational Consultant Key Responsibilities
