What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Membership, Alpha - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
This enrollment role is not designed to maximize volume. It is designed to uphold standards.
Alpha is constructing a school model that ranks among the most ambitious globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-driven instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable performance data. Afternoons are reserved for deeper engagement, independent work, and practical skill development. The model delivers results. But sustained success depends on enrolling families who truly align.
Your role centers on this alignment.
You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a transitional or segmented function. You are accountable for the quality of the family experience, the clarity with which the model is understood, and the integrity of enrollment decisions. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not maximum numbers. The objective is strategic fit.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service sectors outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or entrepreneurial operators who have personally stewarded premium client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, precision, and consistent follow-through.
If your professional background includes delivering exceptional service in settings where trust, discretion, and experiential quality define reputation, this position will translate naturally—only here, the impact reshapes educational outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Seattle and Park City. Relocation assistance is provided.
