What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions teams chase numbers. This role is designed to uphold alignment.
Alpha is constructing one of the most rigorous school frameworks in operation. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, tech-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both learners and educators. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable outcomes. Afternoons shift toward deeper exploration, autonomy, and applied skill development. The model delivers results. But success depends on partnering with the right families.
This is your responsibility.
You will manage the admissions pathway for a campus, spanning initial inquiry to final enrollment. This is not a role defined by handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment decisions emerge from genuine fit. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not maximizing headcount. The objective is ensuring compatibility.
We welcome applicants from high-caliber service settings outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a detailed, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
If your background includes delivering exceptional service where reputation rests on trust, discretion, and experience design, this position will resonate—now directed toward work with tangible impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus position. We are recruiting in Chicago, Nashville, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Southlake, and Houston. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Design and deliver a selective, high-integrity enrollment process that successfully enrolls well-matched families while safeguarding the quality and outcomes of the Alpha educational model.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
