Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models in existence. But it only functions with the appropriate families.

This is your responsibility.

You will control the admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role involving handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions are driven by sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when that represents the correct course. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is alignment.

We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership institutions, or owner-operators who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from inception to completion. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with judgment, precision, and follow-through.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus role. We are hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is available.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs-assessment dialogues to establish fit prior to proposing solutions or suggesting next actions.
  • Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships at varying stages of the enrollment cycle, maintaining transparent visibility into status and follow-up activity.
  • Delivering campus tours, shadow visits, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the ideal candidate profile for the model.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Applying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly aligned just to meet a quota.
  • Supervising a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Handing off ownership of the family experience across multiple roles.
  • Operating remotely. This role is campus-based intentionally.

Director Of Enrollment Management Key Responsibilities

Control and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that successfully enrolls the right families while safeguarding the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements

  • 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20 client, guest, or family relationships at different phases, supported by a defined system for tracking and prioritization.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative decision-making, including advising against your product or service when it was not an appropriate match.
  • Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; or Chantilly, VA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support positions.
  • Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, SOPs, or service protocols.
  • Comfort leveraging data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality, not merely velocity.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
