What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions are designed to drive volume. This position exists to safeguard standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models in existence. Our campuses integrate rigorous academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and staff. Students routinely learn at rates exceeding national benchmarks, and the evidence supports it. Afternoons are reserved for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. This model is effective. But it only functions with the appropriate families.
This is your responsibility.
You will control the admissions process for a campus, spanning application to enrollment. This is not a role involving handoffs. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment decisions are driven by sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful discussions, and advise against enrollment when that represents the correct course. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is alignment.
We welcome candidates from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: private schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership institutions, or owner-operators who have directly overseen high-value client experiences from inception to completion. What counts is your capacity to execute a high-touch, multi-phase process with judgment, precision, and follow-through.
If you have dedicated your career to providing white-glove service where trust, discretion, and experience quality define the brand, this role will be recognizable—simply directed toward something that genuinely transforms outcomes.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-campus role. We are hiring in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is available.
What You Will Be Doing
Control and deliver a high-trust, high-selectivity enrollment process that successfully enrolls the right families while safeguarding the integrity and performance of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements
Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one-size-fits-all model and replacing it with AI-driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.
With students consistently ranking in the top 1-2% nationally and the top 20% achieving an astonishing 6.5x growth, they’re proving that smarter learning is possible. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter.
They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
2 Hour Learning is reprogramming learning for the AI era.
