You will be accountable for the complete enrollment experience at a single campus, starting with initial inquiry and ending with onboarding. This is not a position where you hand off tasks. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they comprehend the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with proper alignment. You will evaluate fit, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.

What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility prior to offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking of progress and follow-up activities.
- Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment conversations that articulate expected outcomes, program requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring precision in CRM and enrollment system records (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Admitting families with poor alignment solely to achieve enrollment targets.
- Overseeing large staff groups or navigating complex hierarchical approvals.
- Distributing responsibility for family engagement across multiple team members.
- Operating remotely. This position requires on-site presence by design.

- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, upscale hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership, or independently operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience spanning initial contact to onboarding completion.
- Track record of concurrently managing 20 client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization methodology.
- Capacity to share specific instances of consultative decision-making, including occasions when you recommended against your own product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional writing experience corresponding with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Greenwich, CT; Boca Ratan, FL; Palm Beach, FL; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; or Chantilly, VA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.
- Professional history in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support functions.
- Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.
