What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Admissions, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD position at Crossover?
Most admissions positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards.
Alpha is constructing one of the most rigorous school models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on attracting aligned families.
This is your mandate.
You will control the admissions pathway for a single campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a relay position. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment choices rest on sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when that is the appropriate outcome. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome candidates from elite service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership institutions, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, phased process with discernment, precision, and accountability.
If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experiential quality define brand identity, this role will resonate—now applied to work that produces measurable impact.
This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. We are recruiting in Greenwich, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, and Chantilly. Relocation assistance is provided.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and deliver a high-integrity, selective enrollment process that secures well-matched families while safeguarding the operational and academic standards of the Alpha model.

They offer a dynamic, on-campus and remote-friendly environment where innovators, educators, and AI specialists can be a part of fixing a broken school system.
